Dvelia ("we", "us", "our") is an AI tools directory available at dvelia.com. We help users discover, compare, and review 200+ artificial intelligence tools across 12 categories, in 5 languages.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data you explicitly provide to us:

3. Local Storage (Browser)

We store two preferences in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device:

dvelia_lang — your chosen language (TR/EN/DE/FR/ES)
dvelia-theme — your chosen theme (light/dark)

We use no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts.

4. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter:

Your email address is stored in Resend (our email service provider, resend.com), which processes data in the EU/US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
We will only send emails about new AI tools, significant site updates, and curated AI news.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion at any time via our contact form.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — you explicitly opt in by checking the consent box and submitting the form.

5. Contact & Tool Suggestion Forms

Messages submitted through our contact or tool suggestion forms are sent via Resend to our email inbox. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry or review your suggestion. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Dvelia is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
